Gold Star Client Advantage is an independent department that reports directly to the President of the Company and has special authority to address and correct any issue that a client might have with their level of service with Celebration Resort Relief, Inc. Celebration Resort Relief, Inc. is a team of professionals who will always go the extra mile for our clients. We know this, and all misgivings our clients bring to us are investigated and rectified. Our examinations and solutions are sent to each department of Celebration Resort Relief, Inc. to ensure that similar issues and concerns are corrected before they even begin. We believe and stand by our outstanding efforts in the timeshare industry to achieve timeshare freedom for our clients nationwide. Gold Star Client Advantage Training and Certification

It is imperative to us, as individuals and as a company, that customer service is the foundation of our business. That’s why each person in our Gold Star Client Advantage team has been thoroughly trained and equipped to recognize and assist with any concerns our clients have. Part of this training includes certification through our extensive Client Hospitality Seminar and Training series that each member of this team is required to attend, both initially as a condition of employment as well as an annual refresher course. Our Gold Star Client Advantage employees are thoroughly vetted and certified before they manage any concerns to provide our clients with the best care.
